Submitting an application is an expression of interest. It does not guarantee acceptance to the waitlist, a queue position, a puppy, a particular puppy or a collection date, and it does not create an allocation or sale contract.

Joining the waitlist is free. A $500 deposit is requested only after a litter is confirmed by X-ray and is governed by the published waitlist, deposit and refund policy. Separate purchase terms and puppy-specific details will be provided before a purchase.

We aim to keep the website current, but breeding plans, dates, availability, external links and general information can change. Published plans are not guarantees. If you are making an important decision, contact us to confirm the current position.

Original text, branding, photographs and design elements created by or for Yokiko are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Some icons, fonts, software, images or other materials may belong to third parties and are used under their respective licences or permissions. Nothing on this website transfers ownership or grants a right to reuse material except where a licence or the law allows it.

Links and embedded services may lead to third-party sites with their own content, terms and privacy practices. A link does not necessarily amount to endorsement. We do not control third-party sites, but this clause does not exclude responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

To the extent permitted by law, Yokiko is not responsible for loss caused solely by reliance on general website information, an unavailable website, or a third-party site where the loss was not caused by our breach, negligence or other conduct for which liability cannot be excluded. The effect of this clause depends on the circumstances and applicable law.

We may update these website terms. The current version and its date will be published here. Changes apply from publication; they do not retrospectively alter a separate agreement already made.

Subject to any law that applies regardless of this clause, these website terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
